Our Limited Lifetime Warranty

Vanishing Screens ® Group warranties its products to be free from manufacturer and workmanship defects in materials and components under normal and proper use for a Lifetime (mesh screens excluded) beginning from the date of installation. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser (homeowner) at the time of installation. Invoice number, date and name of purchaser must be presented at the time of arranging for warranty parts replacement.

Vanishing Screens ® only obligation shall be to repair or replace defective parts that conform to the warranty. There will be a $75.00 labor charge for all service calls. VS shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damages, direct or indirect, arising out of inability to use the equipment. 

Vanishing Screens ® is not liable to repair or replace ripped or torn screens, materials, natural weathering of exterior finishes, bent or broken aluminum extrusions, incidental or consequential damages caused by misuse, negligence or acts of nature including, debris, sand, dust, fire or flood. 

Before using, buyer and/or the ultimate user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and user assumes all risks and liability in connection therewith.

The forgoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by an authorized Euro or VS representative, providing the materials installed are in good working condition, without any visible defects. 

Disclaimer

The abovementioned is the complete warranty for VS products, and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are made with respect to VS products and VS expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will VS be liable to the purchaser, or to any user of the VS product, for any damage, expenses, loss of revenues, loss of savings, loss of profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the VS product including when VS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Buyer acknowledges and understands the contents of this warranty and accepts the conditions by signing the Euro installation completion form.

Suggested Maintenance

1) Vacuum bottom track, when necessary, to ensure smooth retraction of screen.
2) Clean mesh with a soft dust brush if dust builds up (do not use water or soaps).
3) Do not use wire brush or harsh abrasives to clean the aluminum housing finishes.
4) Do not remove screen unit system after original installation by Euro Industries.


Warranty Void 

a) If, system is removed from the original location and reinstalled by unauthorized personnel.
b) If, refusal of payment for service rendered on non-warranty repairs (minimum labor charge $75.00 plus parts).
c) If, another company installs product other than a Vanishing Screens authorized installer.
d) If, any service or repairs are performed by unauthorized personnel.
